Pesach

" Prepared for the Best Life"

What does Pesach mean to you?
For many of us it is a time
of liberation from bondage, reciting the Haggadah, and eating unleavened bread. But is there more to this "Seven Days" of eating food made in the desert by our Ancestors in the land of their slavery.

For me Pesach is very significant, not just for the Exodus out of Egypt, but a time to reflect on where you have come from to where you are heading. It is a time to have your own Spiritual Seder of reconciliation from the things that have kept you locked in places of despair and yearning. A time to let all the ego's that prevented Accountability, yet not forsaken this moment to bring elevation of one's soul.

So indeed it is time to leap over hurdles, as we  eat Matzo, the food of faith and drink the four glasses of wine that unlocks Prisoners door  from the mind that has kept you inside the dungeon of fear and insecurities. It is this remembrance we recall the mercy and kindness showed by a Creator who's power redeemed the souls of His people.

For all of us that celebrate this hour, may you truly eat with a humble heart, and drink with a reconciled Spirit, remembering that each day lived is another example of freedom from the lives of old.  What's your Exodus story? Begin to share it and let the world see that you are no longer bound to the things of old!

Chag Sameach!
